Comparison of single-layer and three-layer polyethylene pipes inside white<\/span><\/h4>
1. Cleanliness and non-proliferation of fungus and algae inside the triple layer polyethylene pipe Polyethylene materials are sensitive to high ambient temperatures and sunlight, so long-term exposure will destroy these materials. Therefore, in order to protect the polyethylene pipes from the ultraviolet rays of the sun's rays, an optimal proportion of carbon-containing feedstocks is added to these materials. Since an extruder is involved in the production of the single-layer tubes, the carbon black needed to protect the tube from the sun is present throughout the thickness of the tube. This situation not only reduces the mechanical properties of the tube, but also pollutes the water inside the tube due to the presence of volatile substances in the black pigments. Due to the fact that only the outer surface of the tubes needs to be protected from ultraviolet radiation, only the outer layer of the three-layer tubes contains black pigments or pigments containing antioxidants, and the middle layer does not come into contact with sunlight without producing any additive. In order to be healthy and also to take advantage of the composite property of the polymers in the inner layer, the main material titanium dioxide is used.
